Damaged Goods: We do our best to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. In the event that your package is considered to be lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately
Liabilities: Granite Soap and Body Works assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. If you have allergies or an adverse reaction to a certain ingredient, you must stop further application. Damage to property, materials or personal injury resulting from ingesting or careless misuse of our product, will not be held responsible.
Spoiled Product: We have a high degree of cleanliness and thorough testing of products before it ever leaves our facility. We realize that using a number of natural ingredients may result in minor issues. If you feel that there is a noticeable flaw in the product, contact us immediately

Whether there is something wrong with your order, a concern with your purchase, a broken item, or we sent you the wrong item, we've got you covered. If your item isn't quite what you expected, but there's no specific problem, that's okay. We have a return policy for that as well. Items can be returned within 30 days from the day you receive them, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please ensure all packaging materials are included when you send them back our way.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is on you. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure your return arrives back to us safely. We are here to ensure you are happy with your purchase, no matter what.
